I’m Jody Blackwelder, founder of G7Life Media, GEN7 Outdoors, and Outdoor Crusade. My work brings together small business, digital media, outdoor content, creator opportunity, and faith-driven purpose.
A self-employed builder with a heart for faith, family, and the outdoors.
I have spent most of my life working for myself, building things one step at a time. My background is not built around a corporate ladder. It is built around hard work, serving people, learning by doing, and finding ways to create opportunities where they did not already exist.
Over the years, that journey has taken me from barbering and small business ownership into websites, marketing, outdoor media, streaming TV, content creation, and digital growth strategy. Every part of that journey shaped the way I see business, media, and the people I want to help.
Today, my focus is building a connected family of brands that helps everyday people, small businesses, creators, and outdoor brands grow through better media, better websites, better strategy, and a stronger online presence.

Hunting, fishing, outdoor life, and self-reliance have always been part of who I am. That outdoor background eventually became part of the media brands and creator platforms I am building today.
